Lower Hutt friends — this one’s for you! We’ve teamed up with our mates at Abandoned Taproom Petone for a Burger Wellington collab between 4-24 August that’s stacked with flavour and purpose. And, if you love quiz nights come along to Buns & Brains: Quiz Night for Kaibosh on 14 August!

🍔 Abandoned’s burger entry, The Morning After, is a brunchy, bold, beautifully messy burger featuring a relish made just around the corner at our Kaibosh Kitchen Pito-one from donated Horowhenua onions and squishy rescued tomatoes. It’s sweet, tangy, and absolutely not your average condiment.

“We turned the odd-shaped onions into absolute gold,” says Ange, Kaibosh Kitchen Coordinator and relish magician.

Every burger sold supports our food rescue mahi — helping us reduce waste and get good kai to local whānau.

As if that wasn’t enough, Abandoned crew are putting on a quiz night for Kaibosh hosted by top comedian Patch Lambert!
